Sardar Azmoun, the attacker of Iran's national, has decided to withdraw from his country's representative at the age of 23.
According to him, he resigns because of the numerous worldwide criticisms he has received and that have “destroyed his mother's body”.
“It was a great honor for me to play in the national, but some criticism has ruined my mother's health”, writes the footballer, who did not score in either of the three matches he played.
