In an interview for KosovoPress, number two The PSD, points out that the social democracy in Kosovo is extremely necessary, so they chose a party that you were already on the political scene with, to revive once again the discussion of social democracy.
Ymer in this interview stressed that the PSD, thinks Kosovo should be the republic of citizens, and citizenship is the equality in the rights it enjoys and the public services that the state offers and on the other hand is the source of sovereignty.
Ymer says a dynamic of economic development that should happen to Kosovo should be different from what is today.
According to him, instead of having economic growth, as the Government, which is largely based on the circulation of finance in Kosovo, remittances coming from abroad and which then are spent simultaneously to import goods from abroad, should build opportunities and capital accumulate points within Kosovo.
He cites two problems that are in Kosovo.
Ymer has also spoken of the co-operation the PSD will have with other parties in the Assembly, including his former party, Vetevendosje.
Until the Kosovo Assembly, The PSD has raised a host of issues dealing with co-operation with Albania, Ymer says it is not that they are entering Vetevendosje programming points, because nobody can monopolise the issue of the national union.
While talking about the PSD's election of leaders, Ymer stressed that they have jointly decided that Shpend Ahmeti will lead this party, since they have estimated that he is the best of them, but that he has not been demanding or conditioned.
Until, asked why Dardan Molyqaj is not at the helm of this party, Ymer said their organisation is one that has a sense of equality for all, but not that they have left someone behind.
Speaking of organizing tables and reaching a consensus on many issues, it says the tables are almost pointless, since such topics should be debated in the Assembly. However, he sees it desirable and good for Kosovo to have consensus on important topics.
While asked whether they would join a no-confidence motion against the government, Ymer said they currently do not have 61 votes of Albanian deputies to do so, without even taking the Serbian List, but adds that they do not want with the votes of the Serbian List to tear down Government, because it would fall by Belgrade's permission and do not want Vuci to determine when elections are held.
