(8 years ago)Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has today decorated former Kosovo President Ibrahim Rugova with the jubilee presidential medal of the 10th anniversary of Independence. President Thaci has handed the medal to former President Fone Rugova's wife. The medal-sharing ceremony attended also by the boys of Uke Rugova and his daughter, MP Teuta Rugova.
