President signing forged, foreign ministry employee deceived

A forged decree using the presidential institution has caused confusion within the MPJ, affecting the security of the consular mission in Switzerland, KTV reports.

Kosovo Consulate in Zurich, Mehmet Bislimi, has fallen into the lure of “frauds”, which through a forged decree have named “general conclusion”. The document carrying the presidency's coat and the signing of President Hashim Thaci has been sent through an email on behalf of Foreign Affairs Ministry General Director Albert Prenkaj.

Supposed to be communicating with Prankay, the caller waiting in vain to become “consult” reports about developments within the Consulate and its reform plan when the new chief” is formal. The consulate only understood cheating when someone mailed the caller's e-mails to Consulate's address. According to newspaper sources, after understanding the fraud with Consulate employee, the general director at the MPJ, Prenkaj, has announced the cybercrime sector in Kosovo Police.
