Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj had signed memorandum of understanding with Kosovo Council of European Youth Chairman Avdullah Hasani, known as “Dula”.
Through this memorandum Hasan was appointed “co-ordinator for the new generation”.
This memorandum in the following months has been forwarded to the appointment of three official government co-ordinators.
In March, Besnik Tahiri has been appointed national co-ordinator for state reform; while two days ago the son of former President Ibrahim Rugova, thought Rugova, has been appointed co-ordinator for climate change and environmental issues, the deputy head of the environment. Rexhep Hoti has been appointed national co-ordinator for culture, youth and sports, writes further “Voice”.
These appointments are being deemed unreasonable and a burden to the state budget.
The monthly salary of a co-ordinator will be the level of the minister's salary (1270 euros).
The coordinator also has the right to appoint an assistant and two advisers.
