Kosovo Liberation Army veterans are not satisfied with pensions only from the state. They have made yet another request to Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj.
They are demanding about 400,000 euros from the budget to go to sea and rehabilitation in the bathroom.
Infocus has secured a request from the KLA War Veterans Organisation, in which the money is required on behalf of the rehabilitation of veterans who do not have good social conditions.
Even the chairman of the KLA War Veterans Organisation, Hysni Gucati, has confirmed this.
“For the sea we have planned 300,000 euros, while for the bathroom about 60,000 euros”, he said.
With that money, he has said that they plan on taking about 300 veterans aged 60-65 to the bathroom who will be assigned to the Ministry of Labour and Social Goodness.
“We have made a request to the Kosovo prime minister's office for the rehabilitation of veterans, send toilets, part of veterans. The number of veterans we're planning on taking to the bathroom is about 300<18x1>, Gucati said.
Meanwhile, the largest number of his warriors will be sent to the sea.
“E 1,500 other veterans are for the sea, mainly are veterans who do not have other material conditions and live with 170 euros”, he said.
According to Gucatit, the selection of veterans who will benefit these <x0-cyst> ” will begin in the wake of approval by the Kosovo government.
The head of the KLA's most joyful OVL would be one of the requests addressed to the Government.
I would personally like this to be done for the bathroom first while this depends on the Government budget for the sea. If they have a budget, we don't want to harm the state budget either, he said.
Last year, according to him, veterans have not gone to sea and toilets because demand in the Government of Kosovo has been made late.
But in 2016 the Government of Kosovo has allocated 30,000 euros for sending veterans to rehabilitation medical centres.
Then Minister of Labour and Social Management Arbani had said that the planned amount from the Government would be divided for the three categories of war exits.
Taking into account the needs of war categories, there were 30,000 euros, in 3 parts for 3 categories, to rehabilitate in the bathroom”, Abrashi said.
Meanwhile, the Kosovo government leading Ramush Haradinaj on Tuesday (29.05.2018) will hold its 49th meeting, in which 13 agenda points will be considered, including the request for the rehabilitation of 1,500 Kosovo Liberation Army veterans.
