The news of “Voice” has revealed federal court officials in Ferizaj.
“ED.n.30/12, based on the provision of Article 92 paragraph 1 under paragraph 6 of the Kosovo Criminal Procedure Code ( The KPPK has detained the execution of a prison sentence against defendants Jabir Zharku because of the absolute prescription of the execution of” sentence, said the court's response given to “Voice”.
The court in its response has also shown the course of procedure in this case from the sentence to the Swedish authorities' refusal to extradite Zarko to Kosovo authorities.
The former cacan leader has already received the green light from the tracking organs for his arrival in Kosovo.

EULEX prosecutor Maria Bamieh had filed charges against Zhark, which she accused that in co-operation with Edsim Kolsin, Besnik Hasani and Nusret Cena as part of one group at different times -- from or on June 26, 2006 -- to 1 August 2006, in order to benefit for material purposes for herself, or for someone else -- has used serious threats to the injured.
According to the indictment these accused had threatened with murder Shefket Lurin, Xhelil Summan and Azem Suman in the event they did not withdraw from the tender won by the Kosovo Privatisation Agency (AKP) in the 16th wave for privatisation of a sheep farm, on the surface of 32 hectares, in the village of Rakaj Ferizaj.
On 21 April 2011, the District Court in Pristina had declared Jabir Zarko guilty of committing criminal acts of illegal possession and possession of weapons, and had pronounced him a three-year prison sentence, as well as a fine of 1,500 euros.
This ruling was confirmed by the Supreme Court of Kosovo on May 8, 2012.
