Government with new targets in Hyvali, will cost millions of euros

Although the ministry is hiding this issue, recent days news has circulated that the area of particular interest will be about 1,000 hectares.
Minister Resiti's adviser, Leutrim Sahiti, has stated that following the government's decision, the second phase -- meaning identifying properties for expropriation -- is required.
For this process, Sahiti stresses that the ministry will engage a private company.
Sahiti hopes that within the year the distribution elaborate will be completed to know exactly what properties are involved in the project.
Finance Ministry spokesman Muharrem Sahini declares that without the expropriation, there will be no means and very precise to buy land for Government.
And for this huge project, it doesn't even know the government.
According to Prime Minister Haradinaj's adviser, Hakki Shatri, with the budget of 2018 there are no means for this process.
The decision to build government residence was taken at the Government meeting, which was held on 13 April.
