Burned car with one person inside, Kosovar entered Albania alone?

Kosovo license plates 02 960 SN entered Albania via the Morina border point on April 29th. Today, on May 5th, the vehicle was found burning among herbs on a land in the village of Derven, Frushe-Cruja, about 250m from the main road of vehicles. A lifeless human body was found inside it.
The police are unable to identify who this is about, and it's even indistinguishable whether the body belongs to a female or a male because it's completely burned down.
The results of AND analysis are expected to reveal who it is about.
Express learns that this vehicle has entered Albanian territory on April 29th and has travelled alone, Xhafer Osmani from Mitrovica, which results to be the owner of the car.
It's still not known whether Osman is left or whether it's about another person.
Durres Police Director Alfred Chepe said the Durres police and prosecution are co-operating with Kosovo authorities because the only link to this state is plates.
“Crime specialists in co-operation with the Judiciary District Prosecutor Kruja are working on identifying the person who was burned and making the whole causes of the” event clear, police said in a preliminary statement.
It's still not known whether the person was killed with a firearm or burned alive inside the vehicle.
Forensic expertise expected to shed light on the event.
