The Kosovo government, the use of vehicles, had regulated it since UNMIK. There, it was envisioned that official cars could be used only by ministers, deputy ministers, Permanent Secretarys and Booth Chiefs.
This directive also envisions 24 hours of car use for work purposes.
But from what we face most, there is a large number of deputy ministers using official cars for motel viewing as well.
