America: Must become clear to Serbia, sėka EU without recognising Kosovo

It should become clear to Serbia that it cannot membership in the EU without recognising Kosovo and that it cannot prevent Kosovo from becoming a member if Serbia is initially joined, the American National Committee on Foreign Policy says.

The advice given on American diplomacy in relation to the Western Balkans also highlights the European Union's incentive to turn dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia into an agenda, as well as the establishment of the Kosovo Army, equipped with light weapons, without allowing itself to Serbia (on this issue).
