Aktakuze against Kosovo's drug dealing group in Europe has been three years

Kosovo's Special Prosecutor has filed charges against four people for conducting criminal work “trade, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of dangerous narcotics and psychotropic substances”. According to the indictment of M.Q. defendants, S. R., H.Q. and S.Q., acting as members of the ongoing group from 2015 to March 13th. [...]
According to the indictment of M.Q. defendants, S. R., H.Q. and S.Q., acting as members of the ongoing group from 2015 to March 13th 2018, in Kosovo, Macedonia and Serbia, as well as in other countries of Europe as in Austria, have acted without authorization for purchase, distribution, sale, transport, export, and, have handed over, brokered, sent, to transit, export substances that are declared by law as narcotics- psychotropic substances, with the intent of distributing, selling, or offering for sale, in order to benefit financial assets in high value.
Meanwhile, the H.Q. defendant possessed without authorization and without permission from competent organs the rifle gun “Mo SBER” with a capacity to fill 4 rounds, as well as 33 bullets, with what it committed to criminal work “ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons” by Article 374 paragraph 1 of KKP.
