The news has also been dedicated by his spokesman, who has said Abramovich will already become the richest man in Israel.
His British visa reportedly has expired for days, yet British authorities have refused to talk about individual cases.
Abramovich, according to an Israeli Interior Ministry statement, has arrived on Monday in Tel Aviv, writes Periscopi.
