Abramovich gets Israeli citizenship, becomes the richest man in Israel

Russian billionaire and the owner of the English football club Chelsea, Roman Abramovich today obtained Israeli citizenship and moved to Tel Aviv, writes BBC, broadcast Periscopi.

The news has also been dedicated by his spokesman, who has said Abramovich will already become the richest man in Israel.

His British visa reportedly has expired for days, yet British authorities have refused to talk about individual cases.

Abramovich, according to an Israeli Interior Ministry statement, has arrived on Monday in Tel Aviv, writes Periscopi.

He had also purchased a house in Tel Aviv before applying for official Israeli citizenship./Periscopi/
