“Sex in office for 3 years” How did Enver Hoxha punish “immorality” in 73)

A State Security document in 1973 has shed light on the way “proposed” Enver Hoxha's Communist Party, with cases of sexual scandals in state offices.

The document, published by former head of the archive to Interior Ministry Kastriot Dervisi, tells of the case of an employee of one of the numerous party committees and editorgrapher of that committee, where she was a married woman.

The document states that it was taught by “Party” that the party instructor and editor did not perform the sacred task of teaching Marxism- Leninism, but otherwise committed immoral acts in the party office.
