According to what the Serbian portal and newspaper “vercinje novosti”, the document, named Co-operative Mechanism for AKS, was presented last week to foreign diplomats and it envisions that implementation of the mechanism be monitored by Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj.
According to this document, the Labour Mechanism should be composed of the executive council, the governing team and the National Counseling Team.
The Executive Council would have to be led by the Albanian, who would follow the work of the governing team and be co-ordinated with Brussels for implementing the AKS agreement in accordance with the Kosovo Constitution.
This body would have to draw up the projective tasks of the governing team, while its members would exclusively be representatives of Albanian political parties and institutions, including the Constitutional Court.
The spirit of the Constitution, which according to this medium, has suggested that the AKS should not be formed, while in the National Counseling Team, there would be no Serbs and it would be made up of Albanians and international expert Mark Weller.
