Secret Agreement for Presevo Valley between Serbia, Macedonia

The Central Committee of Yugoslavia's Communist Party for Macedonia on the issue of the Presevo Valley border had complained near the Yugoslav Army's Supreme Staff of 26 August 1944. Macedonians demanded that the Presevo Circle be included within their borders. The reason was that the Presevo Circle (Presseva, Bujanoc) so far had [...]
The argument was that the Presevo Circle (Pressevo, Bujanovac) had so far been involved in Macedonian territory and that he had been economically linked to the south. According to Blagoje Nashkoviki's testimony, (later in 1945-1948, he was to become Serbia's prime minister) at this time he had even communicated with Yugoslavia's next chairman, Josip Broz Tito, writes today Skender Latif at Koha Ditore.
“Tito replied that now the most important is to fight against Bulgarians, Germans and internal traitors than to open the Presevo case”. While, Nashkovic testifies that on the radiogram of UNKJ's August 30th 1944, the CEC had responded: “When Kosovo will form Operational Staff within the Supreme Staff of the Kosovo District Committee, I think the issue of the Presevo District” will end.
However, in the letter of November 6, 1944, which is preserved in the Archives of Serbia (the AS-Ob document. KK b) says: Serbia's District Committee addresses the Kosovo District Committee that “Presevo's provisional suburb of the Vraja District will later enter the framework of the Kosovo party organisation (Kosovo)”.
Let in fact imply that the Valley of Presevo should territorially join Kosovo. However, the Serb side had quietly crossed the Presevo Valley from the Kumanovo Circle, and now it was part of the Killed Circle.
