The man responsible for organising the paramilitary, rival forces with the KLA has been killed in Albania's capital, midnight Monday.
Ahmet Krasniqi has been killed by two armed men wearing masks and killed in the streets of Tirana, just a week after another politician was shot dead in Tirana.
Ahmet Krasniqi was known as the government's defence minister in Exill and chief of staff.
He was also known as the commanders of the Amrathur Forces of the Republic of Kosovo, known as FARK, rivals to the Kosovo Liberation Army, which fights Serbs in Kosovo.
Two armed men with masks on their faces killed him while he was walking alone on Tirana's streets.
Albania's former president, Sali Berisha, now leader of the opposition Democratic Party, has pointed his finger on both sides: Serbs and Albanians.
