The World Bank office in Kosovo has held a conference to present the regular economic report for the Western Balkans.
This report says that there has been slower regional economic growth in 2017 but that labour markets have improved in most countries.
Several messages for Kosovo have been delivered in this report, stressing the projected economic growth for 2018 and 2019. It predicts there will be 4.8 per cent economic growth in Kosovo.
The increase is expected to be higher than in 2016, which was 4.1 percent and in 2017 of 4.4 percent.
The fiscal burden range with veterans is dangerous and is not long-lived. The government must think this decision not to exceed 0.7 percent of Bruto Product. The increase in salaries in the government could also happen, but not 100 per cent since this poses danger”, Agim Demukaj said.
