On Facebook, he has compared Kosovo's entire budget for defence to the price of an English team defender, Liverpool.
He has mentioned the high price of 85m euros of Liverpool defender Virgil van Dijk, the Periscopi broadcast.
This price is much higher than Kosovo's entire defence budget, amounting to 53m euros.

Often, there have been numerous criticisms of Kosovo's low defence budget.
For 2018, the government has earmarked a budget of 54m euros for the Kosovo Security Force.
This budget is only 3 million higher than last year's budget, although an increase of 5 million is envisioned annually.
