There are still few days left until the deadline for delivery of apps for the latest Kosovo police competition, while the ranks are packed every day.
What makes the line slightly longer is also the fact that candidates from several other cities apply in the Pristina region. And those who are in charge of the police have hope that everything will go fair.
So Faton Namani of Lipjan has shown that because of his strong desire to be a member of the Kosovo Police, he has started physical preparations three months ago.
While he stressed that it is important for this process to go back into the rules.
I like the profession, I like being a cop... That doesn't date is much better for us, too, than someone who's learned from before is bad not to give”, he said.
Even young Dardan Oluri, who as pre-speaking, had come from Lipjan to deliver the app in Pristina, has expressed his enthusiasm for being a Kosovo policeman.
I wish as a little boy, it was one of my dreams and I hope it had a good time... We're an institutional state, I think it's going to be fair. We have all equal rights now to see what will be done”, he said.
The competition for new police in Kosovo Police ends 10 May. And from this competition, there are 29 thousand and 816 seniors of this year who finish teaching 5 days after the new police competition is over.
And for the fact that there are many of them who meet age criteria, some of them have shown behind the Kosovo Press camera that they are interested in being members of the Kosovo Police.
While KMDLNJ chairman Behxhet Shala has ruled out the possibility that such a thing would constitute a violation, since, according to him, anyone was denied any rights.
He in a proposal stressed that no competition can suit everyone.
Kosovo Police have made no violations, no legal or denial of equal competition for all candidates who meet the conditions, so this is not related to deadlines... Because even the number of competitors will be huge, and I think it's better to now make the selection of the best candidates so that after retirement a part of the police, then just create conditions for the new police. 5BAR55” Only the Kosovo Correcting Service within these 2-3 years will retire more than 300-400 police officers, officers, and new jobs will be created, which will be met with candidates who have school preparations for that account”, he said.
On the other hand, he also spoke about the criterion that police officers should not have tattoos on the body parts seen.
Shala has reasoned because, according to him, the policeman must distinguish from others because he is a mirror of a state.
I think it's all right because the police, not only in Kosovo, but in every country in the world, are identified with identification numbers and it's not good for the policeman to draw the body tattooed and to be done at the deliquent level, which commits criminal acts. It's good that no tattoos are allowed because they're not decent to the police, but on the other hand through them the police become very identifiable to others, so that's very fair”, he said.
It has been about four years since the latest competition for young police officers in the Kosovo Police, while through them Kosovo Police are aimed at renewing their ranks with new generations.
