In a Facebook publication, Deda writes that his refusal conflicts, among other things, with the EU's operational demand for rule of law.
The refusal of Prime Minister Haradinaj to dismiss at least two ministers of his government with an indictment of corruption and misuse directly conflicts with the EU's operational demand for rule of law and its, opposition, for the adoption of the Law for Independence and the departure of officials with acts of injustice and punishment for corruption. In short, Kosovo is required that political and public officials be dismissed as soon as there is an indictment, rather than expect to be met with political games of long-term court trials seized”, Deda writes on Facebook.
After completing today's cabinet meeting, Prime Minister Haradinaj has said he will not dismiss the ministers who are under indictment, unless the Court has made any decisions for them.
Under the indictment are Infrastructure Minister Pal Lekaj, Minister of Innovation Besim Beqaj and Economic Development Valdrin Luka. /Periscopi
