Court Decisions for Zahir Pajazit's brother

Bajram Pajaziti is Kosovo Hero's brother Zahir Pajaziti, while the case of Pajazit and Azzat was turned into retrial, as the fundamental had earlier acquitted them of charges of abuse of office.

Always under the indictment, Bajram Azemi has made a decision by which Rexhep Haxha is recognised as the pension right of the Witnesses' families, for his late son Bahri Haxha.

According to prosecutor Rexhep Haxha, the pension was allocated to his son killed in May 1999, even though Haxha had no document from KPC General Staff, which was needed to determine those who were martyrs.

Pajazit and Azem were charged that, in co-ordination, the misuse of official position or authority has been charged, with the claim that Rexhep Haxha has brought illegal property benefits to many of the 13,900,98 euros. /Call. com/
