Syria Massa, has shown how it was hidden in a basement by being forced to endure the smell of blood, while over it attacked civilians who had found shelter.
Her pictures have been published crying as she was treated with other children. She had suffered shock during the April 7th chemical attack in Douma, Syria, writes Periscope.
For the BBC, it has related the terrifying experience of survival by Syrian President Bashar al-Assad's chemical weapons.
We were in a basement in Douma when the attack occurred. Suddenly they threw a power on us, but it didn't explode. She made a sound like "fessah”, she said.
Then he was told to climb up the building, but when he reached the last floor, he had lost consciousness and fell onto the floor.
I couldn't stop it. My mother addressed my uncle: my daughter, my daughter, my daughter,”, she told me.
Then my uncle came and took me by my side. She brought me some wet clothes and climbed me up the stairs. Then three doctors arrived. One took me and the other took my sister and ran. They sent us to the first ambulance and threw water in our face. Then they threw a spray and gave us injections. When we fell asleep, the planes attacked and we were covered in dust”, she confessed.
After the second attack, she was forced to hide again, writes Periscope.
We went into the basement once again and saw the martyrs being carried. Instead of breathing air, we breathed the blood”, she said.
At least 75 people are believed to have been killed during the chemical attack on civilians, while thousands of survivors have fled to refugee camps in northern Syria.
