Just on the day when the presidents Thaci and Vuciq meet for a work dinner in Brussels, Serbia's Government has banned the representation of junior women in handball to play against Kosovo in qualifications for the World Championship, B92 unofficially teaches.
The new handball players of Serbia and Kosovo must meet today at 16 o'clock in the Kovilovo sports centre.
Serbia is the host of the qualifying group, in which Norway and Slovakia are also in, while the International Handball Federation decided that the match between Serbia and Kosovo will be played without public and without state symbols, which caused disappointment in Serbia.
The decision to stop the match came several hours after fans warned of coming to the game hall.
Official communiqués by the responsible ministries are expected soon.
