In Izbica our citizens of Lecinca, Kosterci and Buroja, Klodernica, Padalishte, Morina and Wajmir, Krnica and other villages of the Skollaj municipality were killed. This massacre mobilised the entire democratic world to stop violence and murder and to assist the people of Kosovo in their fair fight for freedom and independence”, Prime Minister Haradinaj said.
