Unable to keep their students under control by making them more loving to learn than violence, Education Directorate, and Directorship of this school, they engage insurance for school objects, and the payment was paid by student tax collection, from 5 euros a year to each student!

If the theft of the Komuna budget and the lunches of municipal-and-laws were stopped, there would not be a need to collect this tax from students, but to be paid by the school's municipal and security crates.
We are making this reasonable, but what are the results of the commitment of this security company? Is the presence of a guardian in the Court of School having any effect? Have the problems between students stopped? The score is equal to zero!

On January 26, 2018 in the media it was reported that in Gjimnazin “Haxhi Zeka”, a young man has been photographed sucking marijuana! The picture showing that young Istogas doing so became viral in the written media and TV, but that job was silent and nobody was sanctioned or punished for it. The citizens of Istog have long complained why nobody does anything about stopping marijuana at high school facilities in Istog. Moreover, it becomes even more disturbing when students themselves admit that most of them have at least once tried marijuana smoking!
Then, on February 1, 2018, a 16-year-old and a 17-year-old, another 18-year-old student was beaten in the Court of Gymnasium “Haxhi Zeka”, causing head injury. The victim was treated at City Hospital, while the two attackers were taken by Istog Police.

These are just two fresher cases that have occurred because problems and such fights are common in this school, both with security and without, beatings and problems between students, where some have even ended up with severe injuries at the hospital.
All of this comes from the inability to manage the Directory “Hagi Zeka” Ibrahim Bytyci, who for his own interests, has no interest in success nor the health of the schoolchildren he runs and has turned into a Crown for students of this school, where no student speaks good of it. Instead of providing students with free and beneficial activities for students, he allows drugs and its use to be available in school. The tax this director received from the students is the most concrete evidence that students are robbed by the Education Directorate and the director of the Gymnasium “Haxhi Zeka”, this is allowed by the municipality and local power, because it's a tool of power and it has to be a supporting pillar.

Finally, seeing that the results are few, let's not say that there's no effect on the presence of security in the Court of the Gymnasium Haxhi Zeka, then, why should students be obliged to pay five grand a year to pay someone who doesn't care! ? This looks like it's working for someone, because someone's taking advantage of the school's pocket, that two sides seem to have arranged for personal gain!
This is an open robbery, and it's already being demonstrated by the inefficiency of the security presence in the Court of this High Court, but will this avasive avasion continue, we don't know and remain visible.
