Meanwhile, in a video published by the Montenegrin government's official page, seen as in a lobby of the meeting building, Thaci and Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq have met.
Montenegrin Prime Minister Dusko Markovic was at the table together.
Thaci and Vuciq have shook their hands, while during the time that Vuciq spoke with Prime Minister Markovik, it was seen that Thaci was embarrassed.
