The reasons for procrastinating this project, according to the Government of Kosovo, are the budgetary implications this project has.
While in the Government of Albania they have said they have accomplished their part and the moment the Government of Kosovo decides to open the office, it will open within a week.
In the Government of Kosovo, they have told the newspaper that they are committed to round this process in optimum time, but have not provided more details about it.
