In an authorial writing published at the Time portal, journalist from Brussels Augustin Palockaj has again talked about the visa liberalisation issue at the time of the demarcation theme, writes Periscope.
Palockaj suggests that to liberalise visas much depends on Germany's opinion, which will affect the Netherlands and Austria, while France, he says, is not rushing it.
The condition of fighting organised crime and corruption does not seem so problematic on the part of the journalist in question, as the results achieved will depend on the way those key EU member states will see.
The political moment, Palocaj calls it positive for visa liberalisation, being this related to EU political opportunism. She, as he says, would liberalise visas for Kosovars, as she is not ready to make her approach to the EU membership process.
