That's how many euros Azem Vlasi requires in compensation from “The people's eyes”

Azem Vlasi, the injured on March 13th 2017, through his lawyer, Nasuf Hasani has demanded compensation at the value of 932 thousand euros from the accused of “Syr of the people”.

He confirmed the information to KALLXO.com lawyer Nasuf Hasani.

Vlase's compensation has been requested by Murat Jashari, Avni Llumnica, Sadri Ramabaya, and others charged.

Vlases for severe bodily injury has demanded 200 thousand euros in compensation. He was injured in front of his lawyer's office.

Vlases in the request compiled by his lawyer has demanded 220 thousand euros for a drop in work, since he finds people are afraid to go after the attack on his office.

500 thousand euros has been asked for spiritual and emotional pain and 12,000 euros for injury recovery costs.

The compensation requirement reportedly says that if the accused cannot make compensation, the means to be secured by the “Land Freedom” fund, in which, at the request, the accused has collected means to carry out criminal-terrorism activities.

The hearing of Murat Jashar and others will take place on Thursday.

In addition to Jashar, Llumnica and Ramabaja, the other indictees of this trial are Ragip Salova, Rexhep Toplana, Bajrush Konjusha, Sabit Berisha, Halim Halimi, Bexhet Luzha and Lije Luzha.

The special prosecution filed charges against them on February 28th.

The 10 accused are charged with criminal acts of revenge in aid, violation, preparing terrorist acts or criminal acts against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo, ownership, control or unauthorised possession of arms and revenge.

According to the prosecution, the accused planned the destruction of the fundamental political, constitutional, economic or social structures of the Republic of Kosovo with attacks and murders of the highest state personalities, ranging from former Kosovo officials from 1980 to 1991, viewing them as betrayers of the country, as well as officials from 1999 to 2016.

KA LLXO.com had secured the indictment against the accused as members of the “People's Office”.

According to the indictment, the organisation had guerrilla groups, while demanding Enver Hoxha be known as hero.
