The first session to be held on February 12th in the case where charged with possession of gas canisters is the deputy of the Vetevendosje Movement, is being postponed for March.
Justice Vesel Ishmael has confirmed the news of the KALLXO session.com.
It is learned that the delay in the session occurred because of Ishmael's lawyer's request, Betim Shala, who had some commitments he had previously made.
According to the prosecution, Ismaili Ismaili on November 30th in 2015, about 10:45, following control by Kosovo Police in the Kosovo Parliament hall, two tear gas canisters have been found in his shoes.
