Haradinaj's pledge to the Bulliqi report -- not while I am -- lasted only one day (Video)

Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has given up his pledge to promise that the Kosovo government would not bring a demarcation bill with Montenegro to the Assembly, in which “Bulicqi report” would be added only as “document orientation”. “You want to name the orientation document [the Commission report...]
“You want me to name the orientation document [the State Commission report]. Not to me! Jo”, Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj said in a speech in the Kosovo Assembly, while pledging he would not send MPs the demarcation agreement with Montenegro without “Bulicqi's report”.
Haradinaj was directed to LDK deputies in particular, as this party imposed the condition on the prime minister to bring to the Kosovo Parliament the Agreement on Ratification of the Border between Kosovo and Montenegro in 2015, but on “Bulicqi's report” only as additional documents attached to the Bill.
“Do you have a problem with a country commission report? Where are you hurting?
But the prime minister's pledge to “Bulicqi report” no longer exists. Haradinaj has announced today that he has reached an agreement with the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) for ratification of demarcation.
The State Commission's Report on Border Marking with Montenegro, led by Bulliqi, is envisioned to be added to the Law on Ratification of the Border Agreement with Montenegro only as “orientation document”.
So has LDK deputy Lumir Abdixhiku.
The Agreement envisions part of the law being the August 2015 agreement and the presidential statement. All other documents, all reports of all commissions, are just informative to MPs”, Abdixhiku said.
The next session for the demarcation vote with Montenegro is scheduled to be held Wednesday. /Insider. com
