In the trial being held at the Mitrovica Court, witnesses confessed how, according to them, the accused Zoran Vukotic had been beaten from now, as well as another person named Gorob Paunovic.
Gani Magera, who is Halim's father, first told of the murder Hamdi Fazliu on May 5, 1999.
He said that before Hamdi and the others were killed, accused Zoran Vukotic and Gorolub Paunovic had gone to his house, asking for money and then beaten him and the son Halim.
They came and beat me up with a guy. They asked us for money, I told you we didn't. Gorolub, after he beat us up, told us if he knew us, I said no “, the witness showed.
After the beating that had lasted about 20 minutes, the witness explained that those from their home had gone to Hamdi Xhema's house, where they had also beaten him and his family while he had seen them from the balcony.
While asked by the prosecutor whether he had met Hamdi Fazliun that day, the witness said he had not met, since gun shootings had been heard that day in their neighborhood, while Hamdi, Fahred and Avdula Fazliu, as well as their neighbor Enver Rrustolli, had been killed.
According to the indictment, all four were killed in one of Hamdi Fazliu's chambers in the presence of two women.
Even Halim Magera, who was only 14 years old at the time, told before the court how Gorolub Paunovic and Zoran Vukotic had been beaten at his home.
“Zoran and Gorobul have come home and beat my father and me. Zoran had a mask, but I knew him because he was taller than Gorolubi and worked in court, and Gorolub was known when I was little, he worked at Post“, the witness explained.
Mager also showed the way he was beaten.
-Zoran turned off his father's ID, then beat him with a slap and a kick. Then you put me on the balcony. It was three feet high and then you kicked me down. This is over and over again. One time I was beaten by Gorolubi then Zoran“, confessed further to the witness.
Furthermore, in his testimony, Halim Magera indicated that he had seen it when Vukotovic and Paunovic had been sent to Hamdi Fazliu's house, the boy named Fahred and then heard four shots fired from that house.
According to the indictment, Zoran Vukotovic, during the time of armed conflict in Kosovo, on May 5, 1999, on the “Emin Duraku” street, in co-ordination with the accused Gorob Paunovic, in the quality of the Serb police reserve, dressed in Serbian Police and Army uniforms and armed with knives, pistols and automatic rifles, have beaten and robbed various civilians of Albanian national national nationals through the courtyards and neighborhood houses.
Furthermore, the indictment describes that he has deliberately beaten and then killed four Albanian civilians identified as: Enver Rulustoll, Hamdi Fazliu, Avdula Fazliu, and Fahredin Fazliu, in the home of the family of Fazliu.
The prosecution claims that at first the same was stopped by Fahredin Fazliu and then sent to Hamdi Fazliu's backyard.
At the entrance of the house were Sanije Zushi-Fazliu and her sister-in-law Ficryye Feyzullahu. The accused have later begun beating Fahredin Fazliun along with the two top women asking for money.
In the meantime, always according to the indictment, one of the accused was out of the house and soon entered the house again, along with Fahredin Avdula é Fazliu, whom he had violently brought.
Following these actions, Fahredin Fazliu's father, Hamdiu, along with neighbor Enver Rrustoll, had heard what was happening in order to escape, have entered the house to offer money to the accused.
But the accused continued to beat them, where they were killed in front of the upper women.
Vukotovic along with the other person, after this move, left the crime scene.
The second point of the indictment charges Vukocuti that he has acted inhuman ways against civilians of Albanian nationalism, deliberately violating the bodily integrity, health, physical and mental well-being of 17 injured and witnesses, torturing and causing serious physical and psychic injuries, consequences that the injured still bear.
Vukotic is also charged that he deliberately and violently robbed money in various sums, gold and other valuables from Albanian national civilians, namely, eight injured and witness simultaneously.
The Actakuz was established by a local prosecutor of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo in co-operation with an E mission prosecutor ULEX, who has proposed to the competent court to convict the defendant of criminal acts and to condemn him by law. /Cashho. com
