AAK official letter to MPs: Demarkation agreement violates Kosovo territory

Humolli says the “dispute over border demarcation with Montenegro, along with the declaration signed by Hashim Thaci, is harmful and violates the territorial integrity of the Republic of Kosovo”.

The “Declaration containing the formation of a task force for finding eventual errors does not constitute an international legal effect, so it is not mandatory”, says the Humwall letter.

In last year's local elections, Fatmir Humolli was the AAK candidate for mayor of the Podujevo municipality.

Dearly chosen “of the people,

Albania's centuries-old efforts at liberation and protection of our lands have prevailed over any pressure on world powers, although with much effort and sacrifice, because the right has always been on our side. After every triumph of our people, there has not been a halt to the tendency to divide between us and to break our lands, but in the end, Albania has remained. The president, the government, the Parliament will be changed over time, just like you as deputy, so no one is eternal in the country's leadership. As the elected MP of this historic period, you owe protection to your country from all impending evil, your decisions are crucial to the future of this country and the legacy you leave behind for the generations to come. You, as an MP, must seek accounts from those who have pardoned Macedonia thousands of hectares of land, not yet to give Kosovo land.

The border demarcation agreement with Montenegro, along with the declaration signed by Hashim Thaci, are harmful and affecting the territorial integrity of the Republic of Kosovo.

The statement containing the formation of a task force for finding eventual errors did not constitute an international legal effect, so it is not mandatory.

Ratification of this agreement implies the forgiveness of Kosovo's land to Montenegro, and then if mistakes are found, the Montenegro Assembly must decide whether it wants to return our land or not. Any decision made after ratifying this agreement is extremely in the discrediting of Montenegro, and its Assembly may not accept the correction of the border line, because that land subsequently becomes part of their territory.

It is the same situation as when Tito had told Enver Hoxha that Kosovo is yours, but because of Serbian nationalism in Yugoslavia at the moment we cannot return it to you, so Montenegro's presidency will be equally justified when Serbian nationalism in the Montenegro Assembly will not accept the correction of the agreement.

The visa liberalisation procedure requires the vote of Spain and Greece except for other states, which both do not even recognise us as a state. Those who are accepting pressure from friends of Serbia should see that Serbia and its lobbies are powerful until the US while you are undecided. Friends don't make conditions!

So in the name of the future, we are offered a step back, giving up what has been accomplished by blood.

With the logic of compromise you will gradually undo what has been achieved so far.

We should be able to act with complete integrity for the good of our country. No external pressure can be the reason for giving up the country's interests. If we want the international community to respect us, we must first respect ourselves by thinking and working for the sake of our state, not by damaging it. See Serbia's example, which does not strike on the Kosovo issue despite constant pressures, why there is no right at all, even so it has a more advanced and favourable position than we and many other countries in the region. Thus, the logic of how international politics works should be understood. With servileness and submission, he does not even respect his friend and leave others alone.

If the justice system is not functioning properly today, and the state prosecutors do not take up anything when the land is forgiven and harmful agreements are signed, you should at least fear history when your ancestors see your names as the cause of these mistakes.

Our country and our citizens need political maturity led by national consciousness!
