Officials in this ministry told Radio Free Europe that the legal office in the ministry is handling the issue of these resignations.
Deputy Prime Minister at the Ministry of Management of Local Power Becir Fejzullahu said that if the legal office finds that the resignations are in line with local self-government laws, it continues with other procedures.
“So we'll treat them as resignations and we'll come out with a concrete attitude, whether they're accepted or not. If they are legal, we will proceed with the following procedures”, Fyzullahu said.
