Stoltenberg awarded Vucinqi as Haradinaj's president as sir

Besides saying the formation of the Kosovo Army is taking place at an inappropriate time, Secretary General NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, does not even recognise the position of Kosovo's prime minister.

In the official announcement today concerning a telephone conversation with Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, and with Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, Stoltenberg, the second, has only addressed the gentleman, while the first with president.

“Today, I have called President Vuciq and Mr Haradinaj to inform you of the outcome of Wednesday's meeting of NATO foreign ministers in the Western Balkans. I underlined that Belgrade and Pristina should show calmness and refrain from any provocative statements or actions”, Stoltenberg's announcement said.
