As Kosovo Public Television RTK reports, Serbian secret services and criminal groups in the north are trying to exploit every means to achieve their goal that prior to the international factor, Albanians pose as dangerous people for Serbian citizens, especially after the establishment of the Army of the Republic of Kosovo.
A pamphlet written in Albanian language called for mobilization has been distributed in several villages north of the country. Kosovo security organs have been aware of the pamphlet and the person it has distributed. The person who has distributed the pamphlets lives in Serbia, but the last few days has been seen standing in northern Mitrovica, and according to our sources this person is considered one of Milan Radojciki's closest men.
Serbian secret services have made sure that this pamphlet looks as original as it is, presenting allegedly plans for mobilizing Albanian residents in the country's north. Immediately after the distribution of this leaflet, Serbian secret services have made sure they publish the same in the media considered close to Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq”, public television reports.
Serbian secret services are not alone in the propagandistic war they have declared to the state of Kosovo.
Aleksandar Dugin, Russian President Vladimir Putin's adviser, or as it is called “Putin'sdor”, through false news in Macedonia, is promoting whether the grouping of Albanian paramilitary forces in Likova, Macedonia, bordering Kosovo.
Dugin has also tried to have Albanians' grouping in Likovo connect with Kacanik, presenting Kacanik as the country that has given most fighters for I SIS number of residents.
Dugin's statement aims to present Albanians as destabilising element for peace and security in the Balkans.
Dugin in Macedonia is close to the leader of the pro-Russian Macedonian party, United Macedonia, Janko Bacev, who is known for his pro-Albanian and anti-Albanian stances, both in politics and in his academic activities.
