Professor of UP's hits secretary: Hand over the 250-euro amount you get corrupt from University

Klink through this alien email, which he sent to all the UPP staff, and has managed to secure Portal Voice, responds to UPP Secretary Esat Kelmendi, who had invited them to a speech about fighting corruption.

According to Professor Klink, the secretary will testify to such a struggle by personal example and hand over at least the 250-euro monthly extension, which, he says, takes corruptly from the UP.

Dear colleagues and colleagues, we just received a letter from the secretary. UP's inviting us to a speech, to inspire us in fighting corruption. I have a concrete proposal. Let the secretary begin A personal example of UP and hand in at least the monthly extension of 250 euros, which it corruptly receives from the UP.

Even more accurate. Honoured colleagues and colleagues, based on personal income regulations (r. 2/486, dt. 11. The CP's 9.2017th) KD's secretariat of the UPP, Rector, Prorectors, deans, prodians and MP members receive illegal supplements from the UPI budget.

Article 9 and 13 of this regulation are involved. Article 9 determines who from among his creatures FROM FUNXION has to receive functional additions, from the chart that belongs to this article is seen as the general sect receives the functional monthly extension of 250 euros!!! Why? What kind of teacher is the secretary? What function post “is” carried? And in the article 13 a second addition is given to those who teach. Their rate should not start by 0 hours (or by 3 hours), but should start at full rate. Because, they already get the addition, according to Article 9.

I invite the secretary-general and the reactor to help, with personal example, about 45 thousand euros a year save the UPA, which is now 14 months ago legally distributed.
