In the message of Christmas, Dode Gjergji invites Europe to have more confidence in Albanians

My Lord Dode Gjergji, Bishop of Bishop Prizren-Pristina, has sent a happy message for Christmas 2018.

We are not surprised by injustice, because we are used to it, in the past. Today we hope for justice and justice among the nations. After all, the peoples of Europe should not view my people as a danger, but as a cultural and spiritual heritage of their civilization. I especially invite the people of the region not to plan for the future by excluding us, but to try together with us to achieve peace, the future of our son, and integration into the European family”, George said in his message.

Dear brothers and sisters,

After a year of intense celebration, in the context of George Kastriot's year, I'm coming to you again with my annual order for Christmas Day, at this time of hope and joy.

Man, from his beginning, has felt abandoned, alone, and lost in the abyss of his sin. He has been forced to face the sadness of loneliness in dealing with himself, the world, sin, and death; and he has also been forced to cope with individual and collective suffering during migration through the earth. To that end, man has never ceased seeking to regain what has been lost with his sin and to find his Creator to comfort him and accompany him to the days of life on earth. Even today, each person carries a wonderful desire to find the person who does not judge him but who understands and believes him.

For us Christians, this person is the baby of Bethlehem, the Messiah, the Son of the living God. We entrust to him all sorrows. We reveal to him all our desires by means of the bridge. We tell him our sins, we confess our lives and death. He understands us, believes us, comforts us. He is never surprised by our weaknesses, never judges us. He will always reconcile us with our heavenly Father.

This way, in His Church, we never stop by inviting all people to return and allow Christ and His Holy Spirit to shine. And to those who seek to find it, he helps them to lift their eyes up to the light that shines with the darkness of hearts and enables them to walk with joy the days of life. In the splendor of this light and the association of the Lamb of Bethlehem, each one of us reveals in his heart the desire for sanctification, the love for everyone and the gold to find the good in all the things around him, and he learns to reason with all the people with whom he shares the temporary.

With the birth of Christ, a new process of dialogue between the Creator and the creation for the salvation of the earth and mankind has opened. The preamble of this agreement in dialogue, between the faithful Messiah and the people seeking his sentence, between the love due to and the world that avenges Pilate and between the power of Pilate, who judges Christ's cross with death and power, which rewards eternal life is the old covenant. And the text of the agreement is the Gospel and the whole new covenant. The concrete application of this covenant, coupled with Beth, provides final reconciliation between the Creator and the creature, between man and God. This dialogue and this agreement is offered to everyone. He who accepts it signs it in his heart and allows the Church to baptize him with water. God, however, was signed with the nail of the Cross and the blood of His Son.

Brothers and sisters,

If God was afraid to dialogue with the world, how much less should we fear to dialogue with each other, in family and society, between families, parties and peoples. Dialogue is the prerequisite of peace, reconciliation and common good. It results from goodwill and a desire for the best future of all. Here, no one should feel tired of dialogue and no one should misuse or deny the need for it.

I want to invite my Albanian people, wherever they live, to be aware that the centuries-old journey of our peoples right back to the family of civilized people has been extremely difficult. What we enjoy today has been accomplished by the hard work, sweat, and blood of many generations. This way, it must be taken care that even a failure of our own or an injustice will not jeopardise our future course with the peoples of Europe and the region, because we know how we have experienced wrong treatment.

I also invite the peoples of Europe, wherever they are organized into social, political, and economic institutions, to be more just and to have greater trust in us swordsmen. We are not surprised by injustice, because we are more accustomed to it in the past. Today we hope for justice and justice among the nations. After all, the peoples of Europe should not view my people as a danger, but as a cultural and spiritual heritage of their civilization. I especially invite the people of the region not to plan for the future by excluding us, but to try together with us, to achieve peace, the future of the oldest, and integration into the European family.

Finally, I wish that Christ, the Son of the Living God whose birthday we are celebrating, fill your hearts with love, gave you the strength to cope with the hardships of life and the injustices of the world. May I comfort you in your grief and send you with mercy and compassion all the days of the new year that we will begin a week later.

I guarantee you all, me and the whole church, that we will have you in our prayers, we will serve you with humility and love, as commanded by the Baby of Bethlehem.
