Kurti rejects Government's report on dialogue, calls it unconstitutional

Vetevendosje Movement leader Albin Kurti praises the Kosovo government's draft document on the final agreement between Kosovo and Serbia as a non- principled report, and contrary to the country's Constitution. Kurti at a media conference today has stressed that the approach of this government document is similar [...] approach.
Kurti at a media conference today has stressed that the approach of this government document is similar to a state that does not recognise Kosovo's independence, so he said LVV does not accept this document.
A 30-page material from the Government has come to us, for dialogue with Serbia, the prime minister brought us into English, which he clearly did not have for us, but for Quint states. This material clearly speaks of principles, but access is not principled. It's a lack of reciprocity approach, then it's an approach to the mediator's language. If I were to read the document without knowing who sent it, I would have thought it was written by a state that does not recognise Kosovo's citizenship, not its own government”, Kurti said.
According to him, the fact that the negotiating team for dialogue has been formed, since one day before this happens, this document has been issued by the government, reports further “Zer.info”.
“First of all, how it can be done that a government negotiating group is voted in Kosovo on Saturday when the government has already brought us the final agreement, which is something that comes after the platform and behind the negotiating team. Saturday's team is voted in, while the day before the comprehensive agreement has been issued by the same prime minister”, the potential Kurti.
He says that only Kosovo's seat in the UN has been requested in this report, but not even recognition of Kosovo's citizenship on the part of Serbia. Kurti says that the word “recognition” is mentioned, but not also “recognition of Kosovo's independence”.
