Urgent call from Russia and Serbia of the UN Security Council meeting in connection with the KSF military mandate is simply unnecessary, inefficient and without decision-making.
Nothing will change. No action less or more.
The force begins transition, Kosovo strengthens, the people of Kosovo are safer!
There's only one good thing:
It testifies once again to orientations in today's world Kosovo with the US, United Kingdom and France, and Serbia with the Russian Federation.
There's no purer conceptual divides!
