Justice minister announces harshness of penalties for communications violations

Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri has ordered drivers to be more attentive to communications, as new penal code measures have especially been tough on those driving under the influence of alcohol.

He in a Facebook post writes that any overstepping of pre-price and drunk driving will send them to jail.
