People's Party in Serbia leader Vuk Jeremic has continued on strong charges against Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq.
The leader of the People's Party in Serbia, Vuk Jeremic, has said Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq, along with “partners” from Pristina, Ramush Haradinaj and Hashim Thaci, is creating an atmosphere of war in order to have reasoning to sign agreements that would enable Kosovo's membership in the United Nations.
In a written response published by Serbian media, Jeremic has said that Vuciq and Thaci met on November 4th in Rome and that only days after that, Pristina decided on tax increases from 10 per cent to 100 per cent for goods imported by Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, broadcast news.net.
If Serbia and Kosovo divide in the way they want Vuciq and Thaci, then there are no more obstacles for Kosovo to become a UN member. If he becomes a member, then there are no more international mechanisms that can prevent the definition of borders in the Balkans from creating Greater Albania from”, he said.
Jeremic has said he has become the main target of the Serbian government because he constantly provides information for “the actions of Vuciki and his collaborators”.
He said all responsibility for increasing violence lies with governments that have created such an atmosphere in which citizens may think that “do good if they do something to someone from the opposition”.
