The amount of goods imported from Russia is marking increases from 4m to 10m euros annually, KTV reports.
In the past year, goods worth 23.8m euros were imported, this year in January-November, 30.5m euros have been imported.
Traders are even importing when the equipment is produced locally.
At the local company for equipment production and installation of solar energy, the grants from the Ministry of Agriculture for solar energy investment show that equipment was purchased by Asian countries.
But the Ministry of Agriculture has argued that they have only paid back after investing.
The Agriculture Ministry tells KTV that since 2010 it donates grants to farmers and farmers. Each year, their beneficiaries are up to 600 farmers, while this year their numbers have increased to 700 beneficiaries. Part of them earn grants for investment projects for installing solar energy. But, the ministry only repays the money they spend after implementing the project, it does not take responsibility for places where they buy the equipment.
Trim Ternava, chief of the project office, “Jaha Solar”, has indicated that they have submitted applications to the ministry, so that the grants gain will have limits for the equipment to be purchased in at least European countries.
The largest increase in imports from Russia is marked for oil and gas.
In smaller quantities, however, fiber panels and cosmetics products.
