Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj says that at the next meeting of the Government he will present the large draft book with chapters, which he is calling a solid institutional basis for a comprehensive, legally binding agreement with Serbia.

The last few weeks, I engaged a large team of colleagues who have worked intensively to make this document a final draft involving all the important topics that we need to dialogue with Serbia. This document is a living document which in the coming days will be presented to all parts of our society in order to complete and include all topics, providing progress of our bid”, Haradinaj says.

He reports that this material has already been sent to all leaders of political parties in Kosovo, Quinti countries and the EU Office.

Haradinaj explains that this volume project is a work base for the negotiating team in the next phase of dialogue and is powerful support for the team.

The government of the Republic of Kosovo is committed to dialogue with Serbia to continue and that now it is time for this dialogue to be finalised, respecting the country's constitution, sovereignty and integrity. Dialogue is the next task of completing the consolidation of the state of Kosovo, and like the country's major topics here and here we need a full unity”, he says.
