European Union spokeswoman Maja Kocijancic has responded to Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj for criticism of High Representative Frederica Moghrini.
As Serbian media report, Kocijancic has reminded Prime Minister Haradinaj that dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina is at the level of presidents and that Moghrin's role is to mediate in dialogue.
Kocijancic noted that the EU expects Serbia and Kosovo to fulfil their obligations in the context of dialogue, the Metro newspaper broadcast.
Haradinaj said yesterday during the day, that he thinks very much Moghrin has overwhelmed the dialogue, turning it into a discussion of territories.
I think Mrs. Moghrin killed the dialogue. So she killed him, she got fucked up. From a dialogue on normalisation, it has turned into dialogue for territories and borders and exchanges that are known in the Balkans what destabilisation” means, Haradinaj said yesterday.
Meanwhile, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic appeared in defence today, saying she is not guilty of the current situation, but says that for this state of dialogue, Pristina and Belgrade should be blamed.
“I don't think Moghrin feels more sympathy for Belgrade or Serbia. The EU is here only to offer its good services. We've been and sometimes we're under pressure from everything - but we don't have to oppose it. In the end, it all depends on Belgrade and Pristina.
We don't have such a personal relationship with Mogerin, the team and her work. Thank you for spending your time and paying attention to our conversations, “said Vucic
