Kohavision has managed to secure the draft bill for the tasks, responsibilities and competencies of the State Delegation in the dialogue process with Serbia, as well as “Consistency Project Resolution”.
Article 5 of this bill regulates the composition of the delegation. It says the delegation will have 11 members, including position, opposition and a member of civil society.
Co-directors will be a member of the power of one of the opposition. The commission is approved by 61 MPs.
