Berisha said the Kosovo Army will have expansion on the entire territory of Kosovo.
He added that the mandate as defence minister would be received as soon as the legalised procedures are completed.
“A new chapter is opening today. The unanimous vote makes us even more proud. Congratulations to Kosovo and all citizens. From today we have the Ministry of Defense. The KSF will act on the constitution, so s;ka as if not extended across the entire territory of Kosovo. We should also thank our international friends”, Berisha said./ P ERISCOPIA
