The road accident took place on Leskovc-Nish Highway, heading towards Nis. The bus had started last from Macedonia.
28 more stable people have been sent to the Leskovac hospital, while four persons who are in critical condition have been sent to Nis.
The bus was due last night from Prilep, and Vienna was at the final destination.
