Bosnia and Herzegovina's Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Minister Mirko Sharovovic has said that since the establishment of a 100 per cent tax by the Kosovo Government for importing goods from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, this country has lost about 4m euros.
Sharovic for Klux.ba, has said Bosnian products' export has fallen towards Kosovo.
For a month from the implementation of the 100 per cent fee on goods from Bosnia and Herzegovina, less than 4m euros of goods were exported to Kosovo in proportion to the same period last year when goods worth about 12m euros” were exported, Sharovic said.
Savovic has added that <x0tarifa cannot be tolerated and that it is totally against the basic trade principles within CEFTA and that the common goal of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina is to remove these measures and start talks”.
Even Serbian Trade, Tourism and Telecommunication Minister Rasim Lajiq had said Serbia lost over 30m euros in this fee, followed the telegraph.
The Kosovo government in November had adopted safeguard clauses for imports of all products produced in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, setting a 100 per cent fee.
